Our high-quality light metal castings provide you as customer with a clear advantage in the market. From idea to complex manufacturing – we take care of the development and casting for you from design to reality.
We can supply you with everything from a single source, from the design over the blank to the fully installed finished part.
The moulds are produced in a vacuum moulding process or core block moulding process and then poured in gravity or low-pressure casting.
The weight of the unfinished parts ranges from 0.1 kg to 1500 kg. Low-pressure sand casting is used to manufacture castings with special requirements.
With this process we can produce wall thicknesses of 2.0 mm in sub-sections and properties that meet high mechanical demands.
